Additional information
I created Reading Time with cdmon as host using its own testing platform. This means that I have to renew the platform every month or else my project will be deleted without any possibilities to recover. I will obviously keep renewing said platform as long as I remember but I have prepared countermeasures to avoid just in case some day it happens because it will obviously occur. So the day I ended the project, I connected to the server via SFTP and downloaded everything of the project and now I keep it in my computer.
If you like the aesthetic of the website, I used Pinnacle as the theme and Elementor with Envato Elements for the structure and templates of each page.
I want to make something clear already which is that the buying process was never implemented to begin with. Therefore, you do not need to comment me anything regarding it.
The website uses a custom mail system. You will find contact forms that when you submitted, you will receive an email and Reading Time a copy. These do not work anymore since the host decided to block my email connections so keep in mind that. You are really not missing anything special since the emails had a very simple structure and format like the following. Somehow, the footer form still works, maybe because it is managed by MailChimp instead.
Instructions
It is a very straight forward procedure:
- Go to the website of the project
- As of 2022-10-28, the website got deleted
- Introduce login information
- User: reading141
- Password: wFy6MBHy
Done, easy as that. If you get any errors I can think of two reasons. The host cdmon is doing some maintenance or I forgot to renew the platform. Therefore, the whole project no longer exists. If that is the case, you can download the project and try to make it functional again by yourself. Although, you could simply read through the PDF file or check the screenshots provided.
Assets
The file called ReadingTime.pdf is a complete memory and recording of the whole pages of my websites (100 in total, 50 for each language). For those interested in seeing how the page looked like in case it is gone now, you can do so by reading through the document which also includes interesting information about the decisions I took and how I developed the web. It is 175 pages long and in Catalan but it mainly has screenshots of the website. I have also included whole page screenshots but they are in the project’s folder.

Image gallery
I almost decided to not add an image gallery to force the users to download the PDF but this strategy would probably have backfired me so here we have some screenshots of the project. This only shows a very small part of the whole project so I highly suggest you to visit the project website if it still exists or take a look at the PDF.
